Moves in, out, and around Boston tech: ZeroTurnaround and SimpliVity

Boston startup ZeroTurnaround has hired a chief marketing officer and named a new global human resources director.

The company, a provider of software development tools, has hired Debbie Moynihan as its new CMO. Moynihan had previously been vice president of marketing at two startups, InkTank and FuseSource.

ZeroTurnaround has also promoted MJ Langlais to be the firm’s global HR director. Previous posts for Langlais have included serving as the US HR director for Razorfish. She had been US HR director for ZeroTurnaround prior to the promotion.

Westborough-based SimpliVity on Tuesday announced it has hired former Acme Packet chief marketing officer Marianne Budnik as its new CMO.

SimpliVity, a provider of technology that aims to  simplify data center infrastructure, said Budnik had been CMO at Acme Packet through its acquisition by Oracle for $2.1 billion in 2013.

Prior to Acme Packet, Budnik had been chief marketing officer at CA Technologies.
